These are a great easy snack to make and will keep you going for a few hours. Make a batch on Sunday and they will keep in the fridge for ⅔ weeks
Serves: 24
  • 200g Oats
  • 50g Desiccated Coconut
  • 100g Almonds
  • 200g Medjool Dates
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 3 tbsp Coconut Oil
  1. Place all ingredients except the coconut oil into a food processor and blitz
  2. I prefer to blitz the almonds and then add the other ingredients
  3. Place into a clean bowl
  4. Microwave the coconut oil until melted - 1 min
  5. Mix the melted coconut oil into the dry ingredients
  6. Roll these into small balls and place in the freezer for 1 hour
  7. Remove and store in an air tight container in the fridge
