This is another great receipe to make lots of and then take cold to work with a couscous salad during the week – we have done this many times – so tasty and healthy
This frittata will keep you going from brunch until late – full of goodness and eggs are so filling – you can add anything you like really – just enjoy
This recipe definitely takes a bit more patience but I think it is worth it now and then – make a big batch and keep it in the fridge, you could take it to work for lunches or just eat it with you evening meal as a great side dish.
