Loving this cranberry, pecans, desiccated coconut and almonds granola - a little sweeter
Serves: 6-8
  • 200g Rolled Oats
  • 50g Whole Almonds
  • 50g Pecans
  • 50g Desiccated Coconut
  • 3tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 150g Dried Cranberries
  1. Preheat oven to 200C/fan180C
  2. Combine the oats, almonds, pecans desiccated coconut, ground cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup in a large mixing bowl. Melt the coconut oil in a microwave for 1 min and add to the mixture
  3. Ensure everything is mixed well together and place on a baking tray and put in the oven for 25 mins.
  4. Remove and allow to cool and then mix in the cranberries
