Raw Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownie Cake

Tasty, healthy and looks great as well
  • 300g Peanut Butter
  • 150g Hazelnuts
  • 300g Medjool Dates
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 6 tbsp Raw Cacao
  • 1 pinch of sea salt
  1. Place all the ingredients into the food processor and blitz until fully combined.
  2. I prefer to place the hazelnuts in first and then the dates; blitz and then add the other ingredients.
  3. Place into a cake tin and put in the freezer for about an hour until set.
  4. Take out and you have a lovely yummy cake
