Lovely Sweet Maple Syrup Popcorn

Serves: 1 Tub
  • 4 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 100g Popcorn Kernels
  • 3 tbsp. Coconut Sugar
  • 3 tbsp. Maple Syrup
  1. Put 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil in a large saucepan with only 3 kernels of popcorn, place the lid on the saucepan and set over a medium-high heat until the kernels pop
  2. Once the kernels have popped, remove from the pan and add all the over kernels, again make sure the lid is on! Let them cook until they all pop
  3. While you wait, melt the remaining coconut oil, coconut sugar and maple syrup in a saucepan
  4. Once it is melted pour over the popcorn and stir through and leave it until it cools
  5. Eat immediately as if you don't someone else will eat them all
