  • 150g Mango (1/2 or frozen)
  • 1cm piece of Ginger
  • 1 x Kiwi
  • 100g Frozen Berries
  • 225ml Coconut Water
  • Juice of ½ Lime
Instructions
  1. Ensure the mango, ginger and kiwi are all peeled
  2. Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
