Overnight Pear & Pomegranate Soaked Oats

An easy breakfast that you can prepare the evening before; full of pomegranates which are known for their anti-inflammatory effects
Serves: 1
  • 60g Rolled Oats (you can buy gluten free if required)
  • 300ml Milk (we use Coconut Soya Milk)
  • 1 tsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 x Ripe Pear (cored)
  • Seeds of ½ Pomegrante
  • 1 tbsp. Pistachio Nuts
  1. Blitz the pear in a mini food processor
  2. Mix all the ingredients except the pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts together and place in a pot and leave overnight
  3. Sprinkle on the top the pomegranate seeds and pistachio nuts
