A lovely raspberry & chai jam to have on your healthy sunshine bread

Ingredients
  • 120g Raspberries
  • ½ Eating Apple (cored and chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 Medjool Date (pitted)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Raw Honey (optional)
Instructions
  1. Place the raspberries, apple and water into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Add the date and chia seeds and blend again
  3. Transfer to a pan on a medium heat, add the honey (if using)
  4. Stir the mixture until it starts to boil and carmelise, pour into an clean jar, leave to cool
  5. Once cool, place the lid on and store in the fridge, it will last 1-2 weeks
