Tasty, filling and good for you, what more could you want from a smoothie?
Serves: 2 or3
  • 150g Bananas (frozen) Its good to freeze any that aren't eaten and to keep for your smoothies.
  • 300g Blueberries (frozen) can be bought this way or as above.
  • 50g Oats
  • 20g Chia seeds
  • 750ml Coconut water (or tap water, almond milk etc)
  1. Put it all in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Drink and enjoy
