Tasty, filling and good for you, what more could you want from a smoothie?

Serves: 2 or3
- 150g Bananas (frozen) Its good to freeze any that aren't eaten and to keep for your smoothies.
- 300g Blueberries (frozen) can be bought this way or as above.
- 50g Oats
- 20g Chia seeds
- 750ml Coconut water (or tap water, almond milk etc)
- Put it all in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Drink and enjoy
