I thought I would share our workout with you all.

A great one to do - try it this week.

Warm Up - 5 mins

20 X Sumo Squats (14kg dumbbell)

22 X Press Ups (we are doing the 22#pushupchallenge)

20 X Tricep Overhead Extension (12kg Kettlebell)

20 X Bench Press (12kg Dumbbells)

20 X Sit Ups (touch the floor, touch your toes, feet close to the body and knees bent)

This is Set 1 - Complete

Run 200m as fast as you can

Complete the weight exercises again - Set 2 

Row 200m as fast as you can

Complete the weight exercises again - Set 3

Run 200m as fast as you can on an incline of 10.0

Complete the weight exercises again - Set 4

Row 200m as fast as you can

Complete the weight exercises again - Set 5



Well done - you have done 100 reps of everything except press ups where you have completed 110 reps
